We understand it can be difficult at times trying to personalize an item without human interaction. If you would prefer to order by email or phone, please contact our customer service department. How safe is it ordering ornaments online?

Our site uses the latest security products and procedures to ensure your information is kept safe. We also try to provide various methods of payment to facilitate your personal preference. All your payment information is secured using PCI compliant processes and the latest SSL cryptographic technologies. If your having any issues with our website or have some feedback please let us know.

Has my order shipped?

At any point in time you can log into your account to view the status of your order. Please also feel free to contact us if you have any concerns. It usually takes about 2/3 days to process your order then a further 2/3 to ship. We recommend customers give 5-7 from when they order for your products to arrive.

My order never arrived or an item is missing.

Please contact our customer service department if an item is broken or missing from your order. If you still have not received your order after 5-7 business days please contact us immediately so we can help you track it.

A name is misspelled on my order when it arrived.

Yes we are human and sometimes do make mistakes J. While this is extremely rare and has only happened a handful of times since we started many many years ago we will do everything to make it right. Please contact our customer service department immediately so we can help make it right.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

How do I get a refund?

If you receive an item that is damaged or the personalization is incorrect you must notify us within 10 days. We carefully inspect each order before shipment and ensure each is packaged to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept returns on personalized items for reasons other than defects in the material or workmanship. Please call our customer service department with any questions or concerns.
